Recently, our center signed a memorandum of cooperation with Xinhan Intelligence to develop a new intelligent factory scheduling system using the concepts and technologies of Industry 4.0 over a three-year period. Through the utilization of expert knowledge, big data analysis, and the Internet of Things, a digital scheduling system for production manufacturing will be constructed within the factory.
To address the computational logic issues in the current production scheduling system and the handling of special orders, this system will employ machine learning and feedback based on acquired big data to complete parameter settings for system scheduling. The system's built-in active learning functionality is highly aligned with current market demands and highly competitive.
Additionally, the system can provide diverse services through intelligent computation based on historical data and real-time data. For example, it can estimate equipment utilization, labor requirements, costs, and revenue based on the forecasting of long-term orders, ultimately providing optimal order combinations and recommendations for equipment capacity and labor demand to maximize both enterprise profitability and customer satisfaction.
The intelligent factory scheduling system developed through the collaboration between our center and Xinhan Intelligence possesses the characteristics of learning capability and the application of expertise from our center, making Xinhan a true demonstration factory for Industry 4.0. It will be the most competitive system in the market and a necessary tool for various manufacturing companies.
