The Meizhao Health Management Group not only creates a warm and caring environment for health checkups but also strives for high-quality and efficient scheduling services. In 1994, they pioneered the "AMHTS Meizhao Automated Health Checkup System" in Taiwan, which provides members with over a hundred tests completed within four hours, with same-day access to health reports. They are now planning to introduce semiconductor automation advanced scheduling in 2022, upgrading to the "Meizhao AI-Enabled Health Checkup System" to offer members a more efficient and enhanced checkup experience. The system will accurately estimate the time required to complete the checkup service, allowing members to manage their checkup appointments more efficiently and flexibly.
The Research Center for Operations Analytics at Chang Gung University is collaborating with AUO Digitech and Meizhao to utilize machine learning (ML) training algorithms to identify patterns and correlations in large datasets. Based on this analysis, the center will make optimal decisions and predictions. This principle will be applied to upgrade Meizhao's existing health checkup system to the "Meizhao AI-Enabled Health Checkup System" with a network platform app functionality. Members will enter the system's service scope starting from scheduling their checkup service, and through the application of big data algorithms and AI learning techniques, the system will arrange the best checkup dates and processes for each member. The current linear checkup process, where all members follow the same sequence from the first station to the last, will be upgraded and optimized to an automated, real-time rolling schedule. Each examination room's capacity will be maximized, providing every member with a seamless and efficient checkup service.
The "Meizhao AI-Enabled Health Checkup System" includes a real-time analysis of the operation status of each examination room in the monitoring room, establishing a comprehensive intelligent health checkup environment. Members will not only complete hundreds of tests in the shortest possible time but also accurately estimate the time required to complete all services and leave the clinic. This optimization enables a more time-saving and efficient checkup experience at each station.
[Meizhao Health Management]
Meizhao Health Management is the first membership-based health checkup clinic in Taiwan. With three branches in Taiwan, they have accumulated nearly 3 million health checkup records over 30 years. They possess the largest database for "sub-healthy populations in Asia" and have established ideal health checkup values for Asian populations, aiming to achieve the goal of "early detection and early prevention" as health indicators. Meizhao's "AMHTS Meizhao Automated Health Checkup System" created in 1994 allows members to complete over a hundred tests within four hours, positioning them as a pioneer in global health management services.
[AUO Digitech]
AUO Digitech is a new business of AUO (AU Optronics Corporation), a globalized intelligent industrial services provider. They are committed to becoming a "world-class provider of digital transformation services" with a focus on smart manufacturing solutions and digital transformation services. They integrate people, machines, materials, methods, environments, and intelligence (AI) comprehensively in the manufacturing process, providing integrated solutions from top-level design to vertical industry software and hardware integration.
